How to use this

Set the menu and rates up once, then run the counter, the kitchen and the floor
The app starts empty — no sample orders and no sample stock. Every figure you see is something this restaurant actually recorded.
  1. Check the menu is right
Menu & Deals holds the printed 2026 card — every item, size and price. Tap an item to change its name, prices or deal contents, add new items, or remove ones you no longer sell. Whatever is here is what the POS shows.
  2. Enter your purchase rates
Stock lists the ingredients with the rates from the kitchen workbook. Put in what you actually pay per kg, and count your store into the "On hand" column. Food-cost figures across the app come from these numbers.
  3. Check the recipes
Recipes & Costing holds the grams per daig for each dish and how many full plates a daig yields. Correct anything the kitchen does differently — the batch cost and food-cost percentage update as you type, then press Save.
  4. Take an order
On POS Billing, press / and type three letters to find an item, or tap it. Enter adds a single-price item; number keys pick a size. Set the quantity by typing it. Choose Dine-in and a table, Takeaway, or Delivery with an address.
  5. Take the money
Tap the note the customer hands over and the change is worked out for you. "Cash paid — send to kitchen" records it as paid; "Pay later" sends it unpaid. If you ring something up wrong, "Void this order" removes it from the kitchen and from the day's takings.
  6. Cook it
The order appears on Kitchen KDS within about five seconds, on any device. Start moves it to preparing, Ready when it is up, and Served / Dispatched when it leaves. Cards turn red past fifteen minutes.
  7. Run the floor
Waiter App shows every table with its open orders and whether they are paid. An unpaid table shows UNPAID with a Mark paid button, so a "Pay later" order still gets recorded when the customer settles.
  8. Send it out
Delivery lists delivery orders. Assign a rider, then tap picked and delivered as it goes. If the rider collects cash, tap "Cash collected" so it is not lost.
  9. Book a daig
Daig Orders quotes from the published rate card: pick the meat, rice and meat weight, the number of daigs and the packing. It suggests how many boxes the cooked food needs and shows the balance owed. The rate card itself is editable in Setup.
  10. See how the day went
Dashboard shows today's takings, order count and food cost for the selected branch, with the last seven days of real sales. Reports breaks it down by item and by branch. Branch is chosen per device, so the kitchen screen and the counter can differ.
Trying it on two devices
Open POS Billing on a laptop and Kitchen KDS on a phone, both on the same branch. An order placed on the laptop reaches the phone in about five seconds, and moving it on the phone updates the laptop. If two people move the same order at once, one wins and the other is told.

Starting a trial over: Clear all orders in the sidebar deletes every order and daig booking and puts the menu, recipes and rate card back to the printed card. It does not touch the rates and stock you entered.
