Setup

Branches, riders, tables, contact details, portion factors and the daig rate card — nothing here is fixed in the code
Branches

Each device picks a branch in the sidebar. Orders are recorded against the branch they were taken at.

Renaming a branch does not move the orders already recorded against the old name.
Delivery riders

Who can be assigned to a delivery on the Delivery screen.

Tables

The hall layout: each table's number and how many it seats. These are the tables the POS offers and the Waiter screen draws.

Name & contact

Shown in the sidebar on every screen.

Warning levels

The numbers behind the colours on the other screens.

Portion factors

How much of a Full plate each size uses. These drive the food-cost figures on the Dashboard, Recipes and Reports screens.

Kitchen conversions

Used to estimate cooked weight and suggest a box count for daig orders.

1 kg uncooked rice → kg cooked
1 kg meat → kg cooked
Default box weight (g)
Daig rate card

Prices are rice kg × the slab rate plus meat kg × the meat rate, exactly as the printed card works. Change a rate here and every quote and the published card follow.
